Ask them to check Fan & Water Heater because they were causing power trips. They assess before confirming equipment were faulty and requires changing

I want to check the water heater wiring and repair a plug. Finally replaced 2 plugs (1 + 1 free) at a reasonable price. Service no problem.

They didn’t estimate the actual work needed properly. In the end I had to pay double the amount as the amount of tiles that need to be replaced increased twofold. although it is justified it was something they could have anticipated.
