"Wrong choice for problem we faced (washing machine can wash n rinse but cannot do final spin). Action taken (removed a part fr machine told us that part is a sensor for the drum and it should solve our problem) cost me RM180 and after Starling rep left ard 4pm we put clothes to wash - washing machine gave problem when wash & rinse the drum sounds like it wants to break out of casing....scarry we had to stop machine immediately. Called Sterling rep abt the problem n asked him to come back to check. Returned at 9.20pm with another person .... could not solve the problem neither can we use the washing machine to wash n rinse. Very unhappy 1st time experience we have using Recommend."
"He did check regarding the problem with the sensor for washing door. He reconnected the wire which took about less than 10 minutes but the charge the service is expensive. His way of working is rather rough on the equipment. Sorry my recommendation is neutral."
