Had a good experience with them. They arrived on time with the correct parts as requested and completed the job quickly.

They over charge. They mentioned 120 for cleaning and chemical, then suddenly chnaged it to 240.
Never ask this company to service your AC.

Whilst communicating via WhatsApp, they seemed to be responsive and said that they can fix everything. On the day of service, two workers came (non-Malaysians) and had trouble trying to understand my issue and what the problem that I was facing. Instead of just saying that I had to change the whole DB box, they couldn't even try to troubleshoot some very basic items like what is the current flowing through to the connections of my water heater and checks. The only thing they knew how to do was to change the switch for my doorbell outside the house.
