They said they will get in touch with me and then quietly handed my number to a sub-contractor who contacted me and made an appointment without telling me they are a sub-contractor.On the day of the appointment the person called me to ask for the address of my property and then proceeds to tell me that they thought my property was in KL when in reality it is in Kota Kinabalu.How a professional company can make such a mistake is beyond me.I lost time and money making the appointment because I had to pay someone else to take over my job when I made the appointment.Never trust this company.The details of location of my property is online when I made the request.The excuse that they did not know is not acceptable.
