The contractor did a terrible job. My toilet still cannot flush and it is leaking.
Do not EVER use this contractor. They are foreign works who are not able to do the job well.

Not punctual, never take initiative to inform customer when they coming.
Over promise customer say result will be nice. but its not exactly what i want.
say 1 day can be done, endup use 2 days. Left work aside and go home without informing customer.

I hired them to make handyman repairs for my empty condo rental unit. I was not on-site to supervise, so he followed the instructions I sent him, and took pictures of all the completed work to show me. He was willing to redo certain items until everything was done to my satisfaction. He was willing to make several visits when he found other areas to fix, and I needed to buy the replacement parts for him to use for the next round.

Areas fixed:
- floor scratches fixed
- shower head railing replaced
- scratched walls repainted
- ceiling fan replaced
- ceiling light fixed
- water stains repainted
- power socket replaced
- kitchen cabinet door replaced
- kitchen cabinet hinges replaced

He also took effort to visit different suppliers around town to find a replacement cabinet door to match my existing cabinet.

Request for 3 work.
The price was not reasonable for 2 of the work requested. The only reasonable is to repair the tiles.
Does not come on time.
Rude and they will ask payment through personal banking. Charge more if you opt for Recommended Payment.
Quality was bad if i were to pay that much.

Very responsive communication, fast turnaround time, enthusiastic & creative in his approach to the given task.
