Change barring cost me rm280 without change new unit. Just find another vendor not recommended.

They were very pushy and didn't understand our requests, making my wife uncomfortable (she was alone in the apartment, dealing with them at the time).

We told them the issues (3 lights and 1 fan), and they immediately disassembled the lights and fan and proceeded to quote us RM1K, saying that our wiring was the issue.

I told the guy we would no longer need their service, and I'd just pay the inspection fee, to which he quickly left the apartment to "buy the lights" (whilst leaving his ladder in the apartment) without even listening to my request.

Then, my wife had to bring the ladder down to the ground floor and leave it there for them to take it.

After that incident, I called a family friend (who's an electrician) and told them that we have this issue. They came, fixed it, and only quoted us RM450 (they said there weren't any wiring issues).

Some shady business, and would not EVER recommend this service to ANYBODY.

We initially asked only for general cleaning for 3 units
But 1 unit was dirty and need to do chemical cleaning and did it for free without extra charges
Really professional and great services
