The only good thing I can say about this service was the speed in which he came to ‘check’ the problem very fast. Unfortunately his diagnosis of problem with the DB was not accurate, and gave me a very high quote to repair. I did not proceed because of this and arranged for another electrician (not thru Recommend.my). This new guy said nothing wrong with the DB, it was the isolator box (under TNB), fixed the issue under ½ hr and didn’t cost me a single sen.
Very disappointed with the service cos I had to pay RM100 for a wrong diagnosis. Thank God I did not proceed.
