They come 5 minutes early, and their team is very responsive. The service is great, just need to be aware that for air-cond gas top-up services, you need to add monies. The on-site technician is very friendly and open to answering your questions. Their explanation helps me to understand what needed to be done to achieve the outcome that I want.
Excellent service by the office and technicians. The technicians also gave recommendations for optimising the aircond unit. The appointment is easy to made and the staff is very responsive.
I had good impression as upon arrival staff in uniform, good manner, honest & experienced technician did the job well.
Ok, but abit scary to know that the technician doesn’t have harness to work at high level balcony. I spent the time worrying since they have to climb ladder at narrow balcony of 28th floor while the panel facing outward of the balcony.. simple error can lead to death..
Technicians were on time and the office based coordinator consistently updated me via WhatsApp. The work was clean and efficient.
They completed their job efficiently and the house is still clean after service. Well prepare equipment and they did the job quite fast.
