I just told the cleaners once what i expect and they deliver it well.

Worst in cleaning. Not properly clean. My ceiling fan and toilet not clean. All things they move not put it back to the origin.

Completed the job well. Everything is intact as instruction given and they are enthusiast in doing the work. Initially the communication is a bit slow but once we passed that barrier, they responded well.

Take too much time to finish the work

The service team didn't remove the carpet in main hall area while vacuum. Then they continue to mop. Not fully covered the entire house. A bit disappointing.

Polite & considerate staffs

The cleaners were professional and asked to check each area after cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. They did a very good job. Keep it up!
