I engaged them for air-con regular maintainance and minor repairs works at home.They did a good job on the air-con maintainance- cleaning all filters,washed compressor,checked gas levels,etc.I am happy with this service.As for the minor repairs,the quality of the workmanship is poor.Paint job is badly done.After removing the balcony railings,it was not screwed back in place.Basin has to be glued and the workmanship is horrendous.Wish I can post photos here to show readers.On the other hand,the Call Centre lady- Werdah is excellent.It was very easy communicating with her.She responsed to all texts and emails within the same day.I must say because of her excellence service I have a very good impression with WeFix and had chose to hire them.

Engaged them on 15/10/2015 to repair the sliding door at my playschool. Prompt response from call centre, clear explaination on jobscope and terms n conditions, friendly handymen, arrived on time, good services provided. Smooth and impressive transaction. Will definitely use their services again.

I wasn't actually at home when the team came to service my aircons but they were very efficient in calling and scheduling and making sure everything was in order. My parents were there to oversee the servicing and they were impressed with everything from the presentation to the workmanship. Most Aircon guys will say the gas needs to be replaced even when there's some left but these guys were honest enough to say there's still gas so there's no need to replace and fill up. So overall I'm quite satisfied and look forward to using them again for more of my household needs!

Second time contact this company First time, few months ago, request them to fix my sliding door (aluminium sliding door to balcony) after hu hu ha ha & also send them photo Then they just keep requesting to charge $60 for inspection but it is so straight forward problem and photo clearly show that Anyhow they have then informed me that they can't do this work Second time, now, request them to service/ make good of 13 numbers of aluminium window and also replace broken glass Same, request to charge $60 for inspection I just ask them to go away If go to site and inspect also chargeable, means not willing to invest this money I think better don't open shop Others will be more than happy to do the job without requesting this to start with
