My aircond not cold. Just like all customers would have thought, service aircond would be recommended. Book the contractor through your app.
Firstly, they were late. Second they didn’t service at all. It just took them 10mins and done. When I checked, my aircond has no cold air. I asked why? the contractor told me my aircond spoiled and want to charge me. What a scam!

Very bad experience. No outdoor unit cleaning. Only indoor unit but still dirty. Never use this service or apps anymore.

Hi mam , our staff done the outdoor n indoor cleaning n they check your gas was enough . How can u say their didn’t done that .pls give the rite feedback don’t give fake feedback which will effect others. My technician explain to you but mam was rude to them ask .

U was their until they completed the job . I know u are not satisfied because your Aircond is not cold because your Aircond very old can’t aspecting much from old Aircond . Next time if any vendor going to this customer pls make sure take pic as vendor prove . Anyway tq for fake feedback.

I was told, the gas is still there only the pressure little bit higher which the technician informed that there is air inside. I'm complaining because of the service providing for the work of cleaning. The outdoor cleaning was done by technician only using spray without opening the case. How do I expecting it will clean properly and after that, the technician open the side of outdoor unit and there is bird nest. So, do I expect my outdoor unit is clean after they spray the outer box only without opening the case. The cleaning for both outdoor & indoor was done in less than 30 minutes. I understand that I can't get the cold as I expected. But the cleaning work should be improved more for customer satisfaction. Thank you
