• Unit 1 (Panasonic): Needs General Cleaning. The blower wheel has heavy dust causing an H99 freeze error code [PSP]. There is a heavy fixed cabinet directly underneath that cannot be moved. • Unit 2: Needs General Cleaning. It makes a continuous 'ta...ta' sound only after running for a long time from both the internal housing and the pipe bundle (likely thermal contraction). Please inspect the casing clips, blower wheel alignment, and wall brackets. • Unit 3: Needs General Cleaning for regular maintenance. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT FOR ALL UNITS: The technician MUST use a high-pressure water jet spray and a waterproof canvas capture bag to wash each unit safely on the wall [PSP]. They must also wet-vacuum and clear the drain pipes for all 3 units to guarantee there are no water leaks after the service [PSP].
