I want to install a ceiling fan in my bedroom. I'm not sure exactly how, because I don't see a switch available. However, I see ceiling fans in other units at my condo. See the hole available for ceiling fan on the plaster ceiling in my photos. I haven't bought a ceiling fan yet. It would be better if I can buy directly from you too. I prefer fan that is quiet, and better quality brands, e.g. Panasonic. My budget for the fan is no more than RM300.
