One-time cleaning

The unit is a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and also has 1 small balcony. It has been unoccupied for about more than a month since I was away for trainings and the house is fairly dusty as it is located along the highway (Kajang Silk). Need thorough mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning of windows and furnitures of the unit. Please let me know if there is anything that you need to know. The cleaner will need to bring their own cleaning material. I will need some deep cleaning especially in the bathroom, kitchen and small balcony area.
