items are ready for installation, electric points are ready in the studio unit 450 sq ft ready.

1) 3 bar track lights (each 2-3 lights)
2) 1 down light
3) 1 kitchen light (3 big light bulb for deco those) need to pull a bit from plastered ceiling to kitchen table area
4) 2 kitchen down light, embedded inside plastered ceiling, need cut out
5) 2 warm down light, embedded inside plastered ceiling in doorway and toilet
6) 2 panasonic fans
7) add extensions (kitchen & living room)
8) put the 2 aircon switch on wall
9) curtain railings from top (living room - small, bed room - long) - parts haven't buy yet, will buy soon.
10) install grill (specification from management - Centrus SOHO 1) - black matte those
