Summary:
1) Extension of 13A wall socket from 1 to 3 sockets. Wall tiles, need to carefully knock on the tile for wiring extension and new sockets conceal. 2 locations, same jobs.
2) Either one of the location (in item1) need to extend to another one 13A switch on/off and wiring up the wall (50cm up). Need to knock the wall tiles edge to conceal wiring extension. Open end, for top kitchen cabinet lighting.
3) One ceiling lighting point extend 1meter away for another ceiling light point. Need to knock ceiling wall and conceal it with open ends.
4) Move the TWO 13A wall socket to 50cm up the wall, no tile. Seal the existing plug opening.
