I live in an apartment, and everything was fine until 3 days ago when I noticed the fuse box tripping at random times throughout the day. I managed to figure out that the trip mainly happened when my fridge compressor started to run, it would vibrate and struggle and then it would trip. At one point yesterday the fuse box started to emit a burning smell and there were crackling noises as well, so I disconnected the fridge and everything seemed fine. This morning I tried to boil water using an electric kettle and it tripped again (fridge off and disconnected). So I need someone to check the fuse box and the appliances, to figure out what the source of the problem is. (I recently installed some lights and fans as well but the switches that are tripping are separate from the ones controlling the lights and fans) but would be all for checking everything if needed. In summary, fuse box tripping alot, burning smell and crackling if i turn on 1/2 specific switches. Am not sure what the cause of it is and would like you to diagnose. Thanks.
