1. Lights do not go off even after the switch is turned off. (Bulb has two colour switch over.) 2. Replace the external pillar bulb. No photo, drizzling now. 3. Check the room light switch, sometimes OFF position becomes ON. 4. Change one room ceiling light to a higher wattage (brighter lighting).
