Any more details or special requirements? (Optional)

I do not really know what is the real issue. The living room fan not working when turn on the switch (with some di di di sound, but if turn on the switch long enough, eventually the fan can work). For master bedroom fan, it can be on when switch is on but when switch on the light button at the same time, fan become not working with di di di sound.
