Any more details or special requirements? (Optional)

The electrical box is making trip sounds but doesn't trip, we isolated it to a specific set of wall plug points that might be causing it. When those specific plug points are turn on and plugged into an appliances (computer/phone charger, etc), there is a distinct "buzz" sound coming from the electrical box, and the appliances will not be powered on, even though without the appliances, an extender will still have faint lights on their indicator.
