Existing timber laminate flooring area of approx. 2.2m x 1.3m started to delaminate and warping. Planning to remove the old timber laminate flooring and replace with new engineered wood flooring. Scope of works to include removal/disposal of existing defective timber flooring and replace/install with new engineered wood timber flooring.
