1. Dismantle old fan from picture 1 2. Install new fan in picture 2 location using the same hook from old fan 3. Drill wood pillar on the balcony wall (picture 3 marked red). Must have thuds to check if drilling area is safe 4. Drill and install ikea wall shelves (4 wall shelves) 5. Drill and install mirror (mirror 4x3 ft quite heavy need strong screws) 6. Minor nails drill to install picture frames (frames nails already have) - about 15 small frames 7. Drill and install hook to hand bicycle (hook already have) 8. Cut door panel using metal cutter to insert new smart lock (smart lock already installed half way) All light works only and mostly drilling small screws. Budget max RM200
