Interfloor leaking cause by inlet piping (after toilet stopcock to heater/basin/toilet bowl). Need to re-lay new pvc piping from above plaster ceiling connect to heater, basin & toilet bowl (without conceal). Need to have new centralize stopper (using quarter turn valve) at new inlet pipe. Also need to fix back plaster ceiling and painting after work. Propose to pay handyman 1 day salary to: - inspection - goods purchase nearby - install the piping - fix the plaster and painting
