Demo Work: - Remove and haul away existing kitchen cabinet - Please confirm the location of the existing plumbing and electrical lines for the sink and cooktop before starting demolition New Countertop: - Build a new kitchen countertop using cast-in-place concrete. Final dimensions: 9ft long x 2ft wide x 3ft high (or 2700mm x 600mm x 900mm) - Design the countertop with two open tiers for storage on the sides (like shelves built into the concrete)Design the countertop with two open tiers for storage on the sides (like shelves built into the concrete) - Install slope drains on both sides of the designated kitchen sink location in the countertop - Apply a waterproof coating to the entire concrete countertop surface Appliance and Sink Installation: - Install the supplied kitchen sink into the countertop with proper plumbing connections - Install the supplied induction cooktop onto the countertop with proper electrical connections -Build and install a wooden access door in front of the kitchen sink and induction cooktop area for easy shutoff and storage access Backsplash: - Install the supplied porcelain granite tiles as a backsplash on the wall above the new countertop Work to be done: 1) Build a 9ft long x 2ft wide x 3ft high concrete countertop with open storage underneath (two levels are okay) 2) Ensure the countertop slopes slightly towards the sink on both sides (install slope drainers on each side) 3) Apply a waterproof coating to the entire concrete countertop surface 4) Install the kitchen sink and induction cooker into the countertop 5) Build and install wooden access doors for the sink and cooker for easy use 6) Tile the backsplash above the countertop using porcelain granite tiles provided Notes: - Ensure the concrete mix is suitable for countertops and waterproof - Make sure the wooden access doors are easy to open and close
