1. Car porch - 22ft x 18ft
Hack existing tile and re-tile.

2. Back yard - 10ft x 4 ft
Concrete work with brc on existing earth land then tile.

3. 3rd floor Corridor - 13ft x 5ft
Already removed existing SPC, only need to lay new tile not SPC

4. Relocate 2 existing drain hole/pipe 12" down.
Hack wall tiles and relocate 2 drain pipe about 6"~12" down. Patch the hacked area back without tiles.
