1. Concrete slab roof needs waterproofing. Did waterproofing more than 5 years ago, so needs a redo. 2. Water also comes down the walls from the concrete slab roof when it is raining heavily. Plaster ceiling damaged because of this. (If can fix the plaster ceiling is a plus - picture attached). 3. Leaky tile roof.
