Fix appointment at 11am but cleaner reached at 1.25pm
Request 2 cleaner but provided 3 cleaner for 3 hrs where the cleaning work totally slow
Each work need to instruct them and not helpful
At the end, half work pending and agency request to add extra hours
Arrived more than 1 hour late! Did not do what I have requested despite multiple reminders. If u know the location is far for u, pls don’t accept the job. Don’t give me all kinds of excuses and come all the way to do a bad job! Poor communication between the contact person with the phone and cleaners. Bad quality service and bad experience. Highly do not recommend!

Given I paid RM 480, I was expecting a few professional trained cleaner, instead it felt like contract worker to me. Also, when you pay for house you expect whole house to be cleaning and not excuse that this was closed and so on. Probably a supervisor who says what all needs to be done was missing. The owner won't be standing there to clean and would expect top notch service for paying premium. Not happy at all.
Though the cleaner themselves were good and were ever then cleaned it as job well done, it is the company that engages such cleaner needs to do a good job.
The cleaners were too slow, they could not finish basic cleaning wiping windows and clean the fan within the 4 hours, even my house is only a double storey terrace house.
