Was delayed by 30mins.

The cleaners didn't clean the shower drain hole properly, after 1 day water stuck again, when they left I found out still got a lot of hair stuck there not cleaned properly. Asked them to come and touch up they didn't bother to reply.

Work carelessly... I mean the maid just simply clean up didn’t look into details to clean up. Example :- floor suppose to mop 2 times but only mop 1 time . Thanks

Overall service and results are good but a bit pricey compared to other cleaning agencies

Punctuality - scheduled for an appointment at 9am but at 10am the cleaners have not arrived yet

Customer service - called the provided number for more than 10 times but was left unanswered

Will never use this company again and would not recommend this to anyone.
