Punctual....very good service

Work is not very clean, a lot of missed spots, they work too fast overlooking the dust, have to monitor every few minutes, one of them used broom to clean the fan dropping all the dust on my sofa. I still had to do some finishing touch to clean up the missed spots after they left.

There are some spots that she's not cleaning well. But most of the spots are well cleaned

Clean work. Easy to communicate as well

The cleaner did not know how to cleaning house. They used cloth detergent to wash my porch even though i gave them floor solution. They not concentrate with their work but to much talking to each other. My house is medium size double story bungalow. I just asked them to clean my porch, yard , downstairs and 2 toilets. No need to do cleaning services upstairs area because i busy with my work from home and my kids busy with their home classes. I can't stay with them for four hours. After four hours they did not mop my floor but they said done.. Did not vacuum my hold area house that i asksed to do but they said done. did not washed my dustbin well. So sad. Not recomended at all.

Missed out the part I required it to be clean

MAIDAH CLEANING SERCIVE, I paid for 2 hours, male n female. Paid rm108 extra rm30 for them to bring cleaning tools. Total rm138.
Showed up late 20minutes even after change the timing abit later demand by the service person, coz the same worker is cleaning another house. Male n female worker is not peofessional at all. Paid rm30 to be bring your own washing tools, the moop was dirty, the girl use the same dirty mope to mope the whole house until my mother notice it. The male worker wiping one window with dry dirty cloths,n never wash. Its like i hired a bunch of kids just laying hands lazily cleaning the house. Kicthen n 2 toilet washed, god knows how she washed it. Male vacuumed. Most of the boxes n moving things around and sweaping the floor, my mother n my sister did. Walls are not sweap, all windows are not wipe. And the workers not even a malaysian or a professional cleaner. It looks like they just randomnly took this 2 people from the street. 2 hours is wasted. Not recommend at all.
