Currently my condo unit is already under renovation, but unfortunately due to unprofessional acts of the previous contractor, the work is still not complete and the contractor has been terminated as of today. I'm not sure if any contractor here would take on the job to complete my renovation project, but I hope someone would assist me as we're falling behind on schedule and would appreciate a solution quick. As you can see from the photos i've attached, the list of works that still needs to be done include the following, -Floor tiling work for the kitchen (5.32 sq m) and 2 bathrooms (Bath 1 - 3.18 sq m, Bath 2 - 3.17 sq m). -Additional plug points (x2 in the living area, x2 in the dining area, x1 kitchen area, x2 in bedroom 1, x2 in bedroom 2, x1 in bedroom 3, x1 in yard). -Change position of plug points (x1 in kitchen, x1 in bedroom 3) -light fixtures according to electrical plan (all the cables are there, just need to configure as per plan) -Change position of fan hook in bedroom 3 as per plan. -Change position of water outlet and drain pipe in kitchen area. -Coring for kitchen hood. -Paint job for the whole unit (walls & ceiling).
