I want to remove the tiles and tiles skirting in my apartment. Total size is approximately 600 sqft (living room and kitchen). Areas underneath kitchen cabinet can be left as it is as I dont want to uninstall the cabinet. Afterwards, I would like to have the concrete cement applied as per last photo
